Primary Product – Calcium Soap (Ca Soap)

CalPro Nutrition M Sdn Bhd’s primary product is calcium soap (Ca Soap), a calcium salt of vegetable-based fatty acids developed for use in ruminant feed formulations.

Product Characteristics

CalPro Calcium Soap is designed with the following functional characteristics: a rumen-stable fat source with a high melting point, consistent fatty acid and calcium content, a physical form suitable for handling, storage, and feed mixing, and neutral taste and odour characteristics.

Functional Role in Ruminant Nutrition

Within ruminant diets, calcium soap serves to increase dietary energy density, support energy balance in high-producing animals, assist in maintaining performance during periods of heat stress, and contribute to stable feed intake patterns.

Typical Applications

Typical applications include dairy cattle feed formulations, ruminant compound feeds, total mixed rations (TMR), and supplementary feeding programs.

Packaging Formats

CalPro Nutrition supplies calcium soap in the following standard packaging formats: 25 kgs bags, 50 pounds bags, 600 kgs jumbo bags, 800 kgs jumbo bags, and 1,000 pounds jumbo bags.

Handling & Storage Considerations

Recommended storage conditions include a cool, dry environment, protection from moisture, and the application of first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory practices.
